Building condition reports

Both John and Karen are qualified to furnish building reports. If you are buying, selling or have a legal issue with your real property you may need to get a building report. When you request such a report, we will survey your house and within a week send you the completed report. The reports are very detailed and require a competent eye to carry them out. Items that we report on are:

·  Bio Hazards

·  Site or Building Hazards

·  Radon

·  Disability Access

Our inspections consider the main features of the building and curtailage on a visual appraisal. We will recognise the signs of any defect and to recognise from the circumstances where defects might reasonably be expected.

Land Registry

We mark maps for land transfers used for purchasing or inheriting land. We order all maps online and send them to Land Registry for you or your solicitor.

We have a License from Ordnance Survey Ireland for map reproduction.

 We mark maps and fill out forms for obtaining grants from Department of Agriculture.

 We carry out farm surveys, and design paddock and yard layouts.
